FAM TRIP ON THE AMLFI COAST 4-7 NOVEMBER 2015


Accademia Italiana Salerno hosted a wonderful FAM TRIP in Salerno on the Amalfi Coast in Southern Italy, from 4th to 7th November 2015, just after Icef Berlin workshop 2015.
It was estimated one of the most succesful event from the 14 international particpant agents coming from Brazil, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine,  Kazakistan, UK, Slovenia, who in 3 days discovered and enjoyed the Italian culture, cuisine and tradition of a region considered one of the most fascinating in Italy.
The Fam trip started with 2 guided tours of Salerno, the main city, in order to introduce the 2 different sides of the city: by day and by night: cathedral, S. pietro a Corte, Museum and openign of the wonderful Opera House Teatro Verdi. Then agents took part to amazing excursions to Pompeii, one of the most ancient archaeological site in the world, situated only 20 minutes from Salerno,  and to Amalfi and Ravello, the 2 gems of the Amalfi Coast. Agents appreciate the culture and the breathtaking landscape of this gourgeous region. The visit of the school, Accademia italiana,  situated in the city centre and just in front of the famous promenade of Salerno, the warm welcome of the director, Francesca Romana Memoli , and of all the staff was particularly appreciated by the agents who had the chance to know well the courses and programs offered, as well as the professionalism and the quality of the school. The delicious typical food and traditional receipes served during lunches and dinners, completed this experience with one of the most important insight  of the italian culture: the cuisine.An intensive familiarization trip which fully achieved the goal to make agents  familiarize with the place, the school and the facilities of Salerno and its sorroundings. The director and the staff of Accademia Italiana were particularly honored to hear from agents that after this experience, a piece of this part of Italy will travel with them for ever and will be amomg their first destinations to promote to clients.
